Availability and cost. Small studio room with cook top, full refrigerator and microwave. Large picturesqued window that you can open. Parking, but not free. Close to 35 bus (free) which takes you to Van Doren Metro station.

The Bathroom has one switch controls a light n a fan,,,. The fan was making so much noise when it’s on 😬unbelievably loudddd! 😱😱😱

Big place nice little kitchen with full size fridge. I liked it had a stove and microwave. Comfy beds nice a/c unit.

Everything was okay my rating is from all the weed smoking in the hotel. You could smell Weed throughout the place
